Father, Wolfram, is German of Czech ancestry; mother, Isabelle, is Swiss ,both work on an organic farm, helping disabled people.
Elder brother, Jonathan, teaches tennis; younger sisters, Djanaée and Naélla, students and tennis players.
Ex-wife Ilham Vuilloud, a Swiss television presenter and former fashion model( married on December 15, 2009, divorced on April 19, 2015).
Daughter, Alexia (born Feb. 12, 2010).
Currently Stan Wawrinka is dating the Croatian tennis player Donna Vekić.
